Do you accept returns?
- Defective products: Yes, we accept returns for defective items only.
- Non-defective products: We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or mistakenly sent.
Do you accept exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel or amend your order before it enters production through the link in your confirmation email. Once production begins, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible. For issues after delivery, you have 30 days to report a problem.
Refund Timeline
- PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 24 business hours.
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
Donations, tips, and “locked messages” are non-refundable. If you're having trouble accessing your locked message, contact us at contact@support.serenitystreams.shop for help.
International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees, which vary by country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.
